I hate kids nowadays in skateboarding. It’s annoying when they think skateboarding is a sport. I give props to the dudes who kill it and can do a lot, but this isn’t like MVP in sports game, when the ones who got the most tricks or do gnarly stuff, should rise above and be on the sponsorship list on the priority section. True skateboarding companies ar og, they support homies, respect the ones with whom they share past, memories, events and time spent together. Who’s been around and been in their lives and I support that. When you get older you might understand that. Most of the times nowadays I don’t give a shit about newcomers if they don’t come with their own personality and something their own. I prefer watching og’s still skating, still ripping, not kids having most of the footage which does not carry deeper meaning or expierence of what has been passed and left behind.

The problem is that a lot of og’s (the majority) don’t rip, and aren’t putting out some good or inspirational footy. “The Boss” Reynolds is one of the only og’s that are putting out mind blowing and interesting footage in my opinion.
And also when it is your job, you should do it to the maximum of your ability, or at least look like you are enjoying it (heck you live of something that a lot of people would dream to do). A lot of old pros doesn’t seem to give a shit.
My question to you is:
Would you buy a deck or a shoe with a pros name, if he or she didn’t seem to have fun or give a shit while skating?

This dude def rips, toolbox, fucking hammers all day. Ain’t no body got time for a fucking headache in the crew though and ain’t no body got time to hand hold little bitches. Everybody who feels sorry for Forrest should put there after school monies together and support his skateboard career.

No doubt Forrest is a great skater, but attitude in the industry is just as important. No matter how good you are you still need to respect the people around you. Hope Forrest reads this column and listens to what everyones has to say. All the luck to ya.
