If you follow Tommy Sandoval on Instagram, you know he’s serious about this reggae/dub stuff. And after curating Jenkem Mix 56 with a list of his favorite tunes, he texted us and mentioned that he actually had a couple of mixes that he mixed himself on two Gemini turntables a mixer and a CD recorder. Not only that, but to top it off, the mixes are all done with vinyl – no Serato or mp3s for ya, just wax. Of course, we were interested to hear more, so he sent over this lofi-ish mix for your listening pleasure. If you never really got into dub or reggae, this might be the spark you need, so bust out the bong and get lost in the vibezzz.
Stream it below, and, if you’re into it, make sure you download the mix here while you can.
