We’re finally back with another episode of Shop Talk.
This time around we took a trip out to the Bay Area and stopped by DLX in San Francisco to chop it up with the locals. SF has been in the news a lot lately for less than desirable reasons, but it will always be a top tier skate destination and be known as one of the most important cities in skate history.
Our usual host Larry couldn’t make the trip out west, so we enlisted Zach “Ducky” Kovacs as our guest host. As a Northern California native who is now working with DLX, we thought he’d be a good representative. Plus, the dude pretty much knew everyone who stopped by.
Anyway, let us know what SF tropes we forgot to ask about in the comments. If you dig this series and want us to stop by your favorite shop or skatepark and interview the local heads, all you have to do is buy us a plane ticket out there and convince us it’ll be a good time. Fuck it, we’ll probably do it.
