Do y’all remember the Hot Chocolate tour or the Baker Has A Deathwish tour? Remember the feeling those videos left you with, how they tossed you behind the scenes in the van and gave a look into elusive personalities?
Yeah, we miss that shit.
Luckily for us, Adidas missed that shit too, and when they asked us to join their latest East Coast tour we had the idea to bring some of that nostalgic demo tour energy front and center. Sure, the video’s long, but don’t you crave some storytelling? Don’t you crave talking head interviews and fan interactions?
If you do, we bring you “SHABEATZ”, a classic tour video from our POV. Watch as Lil Dre solidifies his stardom, Marcus Montoya hypes the crowd, and Daewon Song pulls off the insane balancing act of signatures, blunt 360 flips, and teaching the youngsters how a 90s pro does a demo tour.
