Happy 2025 folks! We’re a little behind the bell, but that’s only because we took so long carefully deliberating how to open the year, and we think we nailed it. Pogo sticking, motherfucker!
Yup, we kept thinking of reasons not to, like how many of you “rough and tumble” types will call it corny, but to be honest, we don’t care. It’s insane. And you have to watch to understand.
These aren’t regular, off the shelf pogo sticks. These are 25ft in the air, knock your teeth out, hydraulic infused (probably- don’t fact check me), NSFW, metal monstrosities. Far from playing hopscotch in the front yard, Henry Cabelus, Nico Patino, and Dalton Smith have all made a name for themselves, raking in millions of views and are working together to legitimize pogoing.
Curious, we met up in Downtown Manhattan for a day of tilting our cameras rapidly up and down at some of New York’s most famous skate spots. Enjoy, write a scathing review, laugh, cry, feel something! And don’t worry, we’ll go back to skateboarding shortly.

I thought this was cool because it was all new to me. Does it look fun? No. Not to me. Do I appreciate their passion for their version of a “useless wooden toy”? Hell yes. Keep doing interesting stuff, Jenkem. I appreciate the staff’s curiosity about things other than skateboarding as it keeps Life interesting.
